I was impressed with Tyler's drive and commitment, but mostly his excitement and attitude during tournaments.

Tyler could have been more of a coach and less of a friend to the wrestlers.

I think Tyler showed the most growth in his understanding of the details of coaching and the fundamentals of tournaments
